Participants acquire a wide range of valuable, market-relevant skills, delivered through the distilled expertise of leading professionals in the legal and leadership fields.
Legal Innovation
Participants draw inspiration from real-world challenges to develop innovative legal solutions in the form of legal products.
Professional Preparation
HR experts and talent-management specialists help participants craft professional resumes and personal profiles, and connect them with our partners in the public and private sectors.
Shadowing
Participants are paired with legal leaders across organizations and shadow them for a set period to transfer legal and leadership skills.
Researches
Participants gain research skills through an ongoing process that produces studies on various legal topics.

The program offers distinguished sessions and professional experiences. Graduates of the program become part of the Young Legal Leaders community, which includes all graduates of past cohorts.
The duration varies by cohort and stage; the full schedule for each cohort is announced when registration opens.
The program is completely free and at mo cost, funded by the Young Legal Leaders Endowment, and does not offer financial compensation to participants.
Full-time availability is not required, but participants must attend all stages according to the official timeline. The residency stage is held in the mornings.
The applicant’s place of residence is not considered in the admission process. The program is held in Riyadh, and accommodation expenses are not covered.
The program targets bachelor's degree holders at a minimum and requires them to be recent graduates.
